Oggi come oggi, basta un PC ed un collegamento Internet per avere, nel giro di pochissimo tempo, la conferma di un QSL fatto con un operatore molto distante da noi.
Non c'è più di attendere mesi, forse anche anni, per avere la conferma, grazie proprio ai sistemi elettronici... Ma ancora non tutti li usano. Perché, mi chiedo...
